Wonderful hotel about 20min by car from the city centre. Helpful staff for all travel arrangements. Hotel is extremely clean and very comfortable. Great breakfast included. There are lots of restaurants locally including Western options. We stayed here over New Year and it was an Oasis to come back to at night. Highly recommended.

Broken bathtub that moves when you get out of it!

Broken bathtub caused me to fall! It is not screwed/fastened and it moved when I tried to get out causing me to list my balance! The pressure of the water is soooo low that the button to switch to shower is always popping back out! The room is soooo small, that there's no place to open my bag.

My son and I stayed here for 4 nights and would stay there again. Rooms are very nice, the breakfast buffet each morning had a ton of options, and the staff throughout the hotel really stood out. The ladies working the breakfast remembered us each morning and were very friendly. And at the front desk, Thu and Hanh were especially friendly and helpful. The only thing to consider with this hotel is its distance from the Old Quarter. It requires a cab to get there which costs about 70-100 dong. Luckily, cabs are easy to find.
